The Micro hub is your perfect entry into the world of lightweight hubs at Tune. Don't be fooled by its status as an entry-level model: The Micro hub is a true performance marvel. Weighing only 349g (+/- 3%, for the set), it is not only extremely light but also highly stable thanks to its classic J-Bend flanges, making it a versatile option, on and off the road.

At first glance, one might think that the Micro hub is a revised version of our old entry-level model. However, it is actually a completely new design, conceived from scratch and equipped with numerous sensible improvements. These include:

• New axle: The use of shims is no longer necessary.
• Conical design: Gives the hub set a dynamic and modern look.
• Improved seals: Increase the weather resistance of the hub.
• Newly designed freewheel system: Standard with 69 engagement points, optionally expandable to 138 engagement points (three additional pawls need to be purchased for this).
• New heat-treated steel pawls: Improve the durability of the freewheel system.
• Optional bearings: Enduro Bearings ABEC-5 steel bearings or Enduro Bearings XD-15 ceramic bearings with a lifetime warranty.
